Rental Policies
Rental period
| Minimum | - 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and 1 day depending on equipment |
| Day Rate | - 24 hours |
| Week Rate | - 7 consecutive days on the same contract |
| 4 Week Rate | - 4 consecutive weeks on the same contract |
NOTE: RENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and the time DUE IN on your rental contract.
Identification
A valid Curacao driver’s license or local cedula and phone number is required for all rentals. We do not accept passport or any other foreign ID.
Payment
All rentals are cash or credit/debit card payment in advance with the
exception of established open account customers.
Deposit
Deposit varies per item. A deposit is refunded on the return of the
rental item.
Reservations
Reservations are accepted under the following conditions: All customers except open account customers must pay the full rental fee and deposit while making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For customers who cancel before the reservation time, no cancellation fee. For cancellation after the reservation time, the cancellation fee is the rental charge for the time between the reservation time and the cancellation time. Depending on the item reserved, the minimum cancellation fee will be 2 hours, 4 hours or one full day rental charge.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, not time used. Charges apply whether the equipment was used or not. If you encounter any operational problems, call 4652702 immediately. No credits or adjustments will be made unless Rent-It-All N.V. is notified as soon as there is a problem.
Cleaning Fees
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pick-up are available at a reasonable rate. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pick-up. If you prefer, you can pick-up and return your rental items to our location yourself.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. You are responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse, or loss of equipment. Additional charges are made for missing or damaged items.
